Xteq is a cool utility but then again in Windows 2000 I can use MMC to tweak most of the stuff I want to tweak.

This thing has more tweaks than I care to imagine. I remember when I first got it that I went through everly little folder in that thing, and now that it has an AuotUpdater, geez, i'll be there for years :D
