I'm a Tweaking Newbie, could someone explain whats wrong with the settings above? Thanx :)

It means DSLReports wants to brainwash you into thinking a very low RWIN is better for any connection...

Its messed up you can try any size rwin you wish. It will tell you it to low or to high. It just never happy LOL! I figure as long as you are getting the speed and pings you want. I would just ignore it. I set up one night for the heck of it and did different calulations on the wrin and it never did agree. ;)
