Concerning the registry hacks in the Cable Modems Registry Tweaks in www.speedguide.net/Cable_modems/ does anybody know what the Windows 98 defaults are?

Most of the settings are not present by default. If they're not in the Registry, Windows uses the defaults listed at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q158/4/74.ASP
Keep in mind that other programs might modify the settings too.
