How do I disable the Windows Login Password prompt?

Sorry to be annoying, and I'm sure many people have asked this question before, but I can't ever get an answer: How do I disable the prompt on start-up that says "Enter your password for Microsoft Networking"? It was disabled before(or automatically logged in), but my stupid brother was fuddling around with settings. I do have a user name of Charles that I entered when I first set-up the computer, but no password.
I am running:
Client for MS Networks
3com 10/100
IPX/SPX
TCP/IP
File and printer sharing for MS networks
Primary Network Logon:
Client for MS Networks.

Search and delete *.pwl files. Take out any networking clients or protocols in the Network Neighborhood if you are not using them.

Here's how its done.

Right click Network Neighborhood > Properties > Primary Network Logon > Change to "Windows Logon". Reboot. poof, no more login box.

Actually, changing it to windows login works just fine. But my network was all corrupted so I removed my 3com driver and reinstalled TCP/IP and IPX/SPX so now Net 'Hood works perfectly AND I don't have to log in!! http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif
