What all do I need to do to set up an IPX connection?

I'm trying to hook a laser printer up to my Aptiva through a hub. My cable modem works fine through the hub, but I can't seem to get the printer hooked up.

I've been told by someone at Lexmark that I should set up an IPX connection, since the printer doesn't support Netbeui.

What adapters/protocols do I need to setup?

I got it hooked up. Had to remove all copies of TCP/IP, then install IPX, then add TCP/IP back in.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like you answered your own question. I would have said the same thing. Uninstall all network settings then re-install.
