IP Multicast support and @Home

Does someone know if @Home is working enabling Multicast Support? There is a Real Player Feed from Greece that I am interested in watching whenever I want. The problem is the this Real Server is set up to accept only multicast connections. I've dont my homework and there is no national ISP that supports IP Multicast. In fact only UUNet supports Multicast but its limited.
Anyone, have ideas, comments I'd like to know your thoughts on this matter.
