Hi there,

My name is Eddie, I'm new to this site but thought I would extend a hand to customers both new and existing to help with their services. As a salesperson obviously I receive compensation for each sale but I can ALSO provide all members with insight on new promotions, pricing, and features. Not to mention I can do location checks as well as F-Cases. An F-Case is a manual order to ensure your address is or isn't available by having a technicial physically measure. Thank you RaisinCain! Your warm welcoming is very reassuring.

My apologies Philip, it was more so people weren't overpaying when singing up for new services. Just because we have the promotions doesn't mean Customer Support will let customers know when they start new service.

I am still here but I won't sell you anything, and I don't have access to sales pricing. I can put in F cases as well, and work on trouble reports for Uverse and ADSL. I can however, give the issue to a sales person for an order if need be, or even a billing person.

Well being as I am in an area where ATT service is crap, I'll just stick with my Verizon services. Have a wonderful afternoon.:facepalm:
