hi ... im from indonesia ( just in case anyone came from as im) and i'm using Smart telecom ZTE AC2726 broadband USB Modem EVDO rev A... they ( Smart my provider) tell me that i'm capabel to max my speed Up to 3.1 Mb, but i m only receiveing only 500kbps , can anyone help me Please to tweak my MTU or any of u can help me to set it best performance

Your RWIN value seems too high for that type of connection, I'd use no more than 261120.
As far as the MTU, you can try the Optimizer's "MTU" tab to find the Max MTU available to you, it is dependent on your ISP and the type of connection. It is not as important as the RWIN value.
Ultimately, it depends on your ISP's feed, so optimizing your end of the connection is just a part of the solution.
