HELP FOR **ISDN** CONNECTION PLEASE

I AM RUNNING A DUAL ISDN CONNECTION 128, I PLAY Q2 ON MPLAER.COM AND PING AN AVERAGE OF 150 TO 200 OR HIGHER. the modem is an elcon diva t/a , and i use i speed to help the setting , ive seen others with this setup ping oin the 90- 120 can any one help me ???

I have always had problems with MPlayer, so I try to avoid them. I always play on regular servers when I play Q2 or Q3A.

Right now I have dual ISDN and am waiting for DSL (two weeks). My ping time on Q2 or Q3A varies from 70 - 110, with minimal lag. I found that the tweaks on speedguide.net helped me out a bit, so try those. You may also want to check in a new ISP if your connection is that bad. It also has to do with how far you are from your central office and how "clean" your line is.

Also, do you have an internal or external IDSN router/modem? And what are the full specs on your system?
