I do see, at times, quite a few connections coming to my
online radio and TV network coming from cities in Mexico
near the US border, especially the Baja Coast.

What it appears to be is people who work in San Diego, but
live in Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, or other places on the
Baja coast, because housing is more affordable there,
connecting to their home computers in those cities, then
connecting out there to the web stream

All the boss will know is that somoene made an encrypted
connection to a residential DSL line in Mexico. The traffic
from the office, to said employees's home computer in
Mexico, will be encrypted, and they wont know what you
are up to.

So the proxy idiot troll got himself a new anonymizer address. Oh, well.
Score adjusted.
