Terayon TRIBES Server (Upload Cap)

I need to know if there is a way to get this freakin upload cap off of my Terayon cable modem. I know there is one, I have some upload cap remover, but it doesnt do a damn thing. Please help me.

I would like to run a TRIBES server off of one of my computers and need the cap off to do so.
(Tried with the cap and it was far too laggy)

Hmm no idea myself, i would like to know how to remove the cap's on my samsung cable modem myself. however i believe thats against the warranty http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif and might just be a little on the illegal side http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif
