Packetloss

I connect very good and when I download files it is extremely fast, but I have one problem: When I try to play www.siegeperilous.com (http://www.siegeperilous.com) game server with ultima online I get bad packetloss. The problem is in the last 2 hops axxs.net and the game server itself. My packet loss is around 10% which is unplayable. I see other people on the game server with great connection so I dont understand why other people are connecting with no packetloss while I am. I recently switched from dsl since their service was down all the time and did not really have that problem then. Should I switch back?? Is there something I or the cable company can do? I am on roadrunner. If you want exact pings/ips let me know and I'll post it.
