BlackICE Defender update

BlackICE Defender updated to version 1.9.14, as of 2/10/00. This version got rid of the
Log files (blackd.log, blackice-service.log) which were being created in seemingly random locations (in my case on my desktop).

Steve. Thanks for the info. Sorry about the erronous post on how to clear out the logs on the desktop earlier.
