packet & evidence log utilities

Does anybody in here know of a good utility program, that will let me view the packet & evidence logs in BlackICE
Defender? I went to the following site, but wasn't too sure which utility I needed.

I use CiAll. No Trojans and it works great!

How do u convert/display an evidence file from blackice to CiAll?
