IP address

My IP are changing by RR as often as 2 days, sometimes 2 hrs, ever since I install the linksys router, is that normal?

sounds like you have it set to DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). this is normal with most cable modem services and especially while using that specific router.
