How to test for open ports on the LAN side?

Is there a way to test to see what ports are open on the LAN side at my computer? A web based port scan showed my ports 67 & 69 are OPEN, the dsl Router company says no way they are open, that the test is faulty. I would like to find out once and for all. Please help me if you can or possibly point me in the right direction?

look up a program real easy for newbe's called "netinfo" freeware/shareware has an option that gives you all your local info and more
