I've been using a handy free utility called VNC. It's free and available from http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/. I've used it for over a year with good results. It's saved me a lot of running around and allowed me to both make money and save money for my private clients. I haven't seen any reports of systems being hacked as a result of running this utility. Has anyone else had any experience with this package, good or bad ?

I know of one university using it. I've looked at itm, but haven't yet deployed it, looks like a solid program though and I really like the cross platform nature.
