The Mysterious Remaining Temp Files

I think if you don't clear the history folder then win will consider those files in use & won't delete them. The way you did it is best anyway.

Has anyone else exerienced this? After Temp. internet files have been "deleted" in windows you look at the proporties of that folder and it still is full (in my case it had about 6megs worth of not-files). So I rebooted in Dos mode and did a deltree on it and it took about 20 minutes to clean it all out! Hmmmmm? Any thoughts?
