Ping, Tracert, Netstat Commands.

I suggest adding a section that gives a description of the various ping, tracert, etc. commands; how to use them [i.e. ping -f vs ping -(?)]; and how to interpret the results.

Or maybe a link to the the above.

For example:

In MSDOS; ping /?
tracert -?
netstat /?


The above commands define the switches (i.e. ping with -f, or -t, or etc).
