I</A> checked this myself at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q188/3/07.ASP and found that the original Win 98 Resource Guide was in error. My search was centered around "SackOpts" with-out the quote marks. I discovered the correct entry point for the value "SackOpts" is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP" and not "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP\Parameters".
