Need Help!!

Hi, I just wanted to know how to get my passwords back.For some reason now I cant store my passwords like for my isp and stuff.Its really annoying.And when I went into the Network folder in the control panel it said "network is not complete do you want to continue?".I really need some help on this.thnx!
