I downloaded mtupatch98.zip and ran it last night. I confess I'm kinda stupid for computer expertise; both hardware and software. Speed Guide.net advertised mtupatch98 would optimized my registry and believe or not, automatically. Guess what? It works with no problems. I owned Road Runner cable service and now it's three times faster downloading than before running mtupatch98 (most of the time).
