Awe 64 problem.

It's not really a big problem, but whenever i play sound through my sound card, like mp3s, i can hardly hear the voices. Also when it plays parts through just one speaker, i can't hear that. I tried playing the same songs through my cd player connected right to the reciver, and they played fine. Hmmm > http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/redface.gif

What are you using to play mp3's...winamp, mediaplayer, or ???

Well winamp, but i just tried it in the napster internal player, and it sounded better. But im not sure if it's still what it should sound like

Sounds bad with Winamp, but OK with Napster? Using your AWE64 for both, ya know. Try a different player http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif I hate Winamp, hogs way too many CPU cycles. I find MediaPlayer works just fine.

Hey dgod,

Turn off the '3d enhancement' for the SB64, and check your audio-out plugins for Winamp.
