Mouse slowing down

I have a CTX 400 MHz AMD K6 PC.

I have noticed that my mouse is moving very slowly, when I browse the internet using IE 5.0

What is happening here?

ok. go into your control panel and check your mouse settings. if the problem is in IE then it probably those setting probably won't affect it, but do it anyway. does it happen with any other programs? what kind of mouse is it? maybe you need drivers, or you need this- go to www.razer.com. (http://www.razer.com.)
