Overclocking a DELL

Anyone here had experience overclocking a DELL computer? I've got the XPS R450 (PentiumII 450) with 128mb Ram. I opened 'er up to check the motherboard make, but there's no markings on it at all. It does have a PhoenixBIOS tho.

Can't do it pal. Dell cpu's/motherboards (PII/III's) are 'clocklocked'. Overclocking is impossible. It voids the warranty too.
