Ngk iridium, Bosch platinum 4's, or denso iridium. Bosch platinum 4's always seem to do very well in fords. Do you have the 4.2l or the 4.6l?

Autolites are decent plugs, but if you want something that will burn hotter and get a little bit better mpg(3-5mpg) go with the bosch platinum 4's. They do extremely well in the 4.6L fords.
