Help! Use Office Account

Hi all.
I want to use my office account at my home. I have user name and
password of my office account.
When i change the modem using it user+pass, i can not connect again
to internet. I am using ADSL connection.
Is it possible to use this account at my home?

This is something you should be asking the support folks at your DSL
provider.
