I'm looking for, if it exists, a good fast, and RELIABLE AMD motherboard! Thanks for the suggestions!

Which type of AMD CPU do you have ? There are different motherboards for different CPUS.
For AMD Athlon i've had good luck with the Asus K7M and Gigabyte Athlon motherboard GA71X I think it was. I've currently got a FIC SD11 which i'm changing pretty soon but i've built numerous PC's with the other 2 motherboards. For the older AMD CPU's K62 or K63 go with Asus Super 7 motherboards. I think they worked out all the bugs in the end.

Asus just came out with a new motherboard
K7V. It's rated to be really good with great rating on the Benchmark tests. Check this link out. http://www6.tomshardware.com/mainboard/00q2/000417/kx133-05.html

The Microstar 6167 is a very reliable board. A warning though.. it is very hard to overclock!
