Pretty low upload bandwidth for a high download speed.

This indicates your ISP's network is over stretched - selling too many lines from limited capacity.

My ADSL line is at 1024/512 kbps. A good proportion of upload to download.

They even state only up to 512Kbs up and up to 10Mbs down. So I suppose I'll live with. I can't say I do much up at this point anyway. God willing or maybe by accident they'll upgrade the system.
