exchange set up problem

I am trying to install the evaluation version of Exchange 5.5 on to my NT
server 4.0 also an evaluation version with sp6,this is for educational
purposes.
Anyway I created a new user and gave admin rights etc.
then I do the install and get to the site services account box and I browse
for the user account and add it where requested ,this brings up the "user
has been granted rights to log on as service,restore etc"
But then I get a stop error ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS INCORRECT.
I have checked permissions etc and even tried the admin account but still
get the same error.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Double checked user rights but still getting the same error.

Still have the same issues.
I uninstalled SP6 and installed 3.
Also checked user rights etc. but I am still getting the account information is incorrect.
Anybody any ideas??
Also i went into services and there are no exchange services.
