add/remove programs. need help

i dont think its a big deal, but i went to add/remove programs. uninstalled something and it deleted all of the programs in there. i restarted computer the programs are still on my computer just not in add/remove. how do i get them back on there?

i dont think you can easily, besides reinstalling all of the programs on that list, or hacking the registry.

your best bet is to run the uninstall that came with whatever program you installed, or just delete the folders of whatever you want to uninstall.

restart in ms-dos mode when you get to prompt ... type " scanreg /restore " with out quotes and revert to the day before you did your uninstall http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/wink.gif hope this helps.
