someone posted a while ago on one of these forums a link to a webhosting site. it was a good site that had cgi enabled, and a whole bunch of other things. but it wasn't a mainstream site, like geocities or something. it was a webhosting site i never heard of and it was a .net. if you have any idea of what is or where i can find it plz respond

I use www.easyspace.com (http://www.easyspace.com) for my hosting. They are very inexpensive and have quick email support. They also have cgi, plenty of emails, FTP support and Front Page 2000 support.

The only thing I don't like is that they limit your file sizes to 1.5MB. So you can't store large files with them. Doesn't make the 100MB of space I paid for seem worth it, but they have lots of other options at cheaper prices. Just thought I'd warn you in advance about the files. They are definately the cheapest I have found.

thanks, but i need a free hosting place that has cgi script and i remember a site a while ago, to bad i don' know its name. it was a .net, thats all i can remember
