Web Browser question(s) plz help, short questions

I am using opera 4.02 and i have a couple of questions

1) Is there any way to personalize the "button bar" i want it somewere between full and simple, but i can't figure out how.

2) How do i controle the cookies and how long the history stays in it? It seems that every few hours the cookies reset and i want it much much longer than this.

3)is there any way to move my hot list to the left side of the screen and keep it there while I'm going from webpage to webpage?

4) i don't have a 3rd question but i'll edit this post and put one here if i have a 3rd one check back here.

Damnit, I deleted Opera a few weeks and forgot those things already. Sorry Stride, I'll bump it back up for ya and hopefuly someone will be able to help ya http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif.

Oh, I still have Opera and the key, but I just don't wanna install it. I don't want too many Browsers o n my PC. Opera is awesome, but it still can't replace IE 5.5 IMO. Once they gain compatibility with all sites and make the plugin setup easier, then I'll install. Until then I'll just stick with IE and Netscape.
