Anyone used VMware? Your opinions on it plz

Just wondering if anyone has used/is using VMware. I came across the prog the other day and thought it lokked quite good, that is, if it can do well what it says it can do. Looks like it would be easier to use that then having to dual/triple boot OS's. If you can start a different OS from inside another, which means you don't have to restart the PC, that would have to be an advantage - wouldn't it?

I was thinking about getting it but wanted some opinions on it before I outlaid any money for it.

I've used it and it is not better than a dual boot system. Unless you have 256 Megs of RAM pass on it it because each Virtual OS needs memory to run. I ran Linux and WIndows 98 under Windows 2000 in VM Ware and it was very slow. Dual booting is not hard if you start with Windows 9x, then 2000, then a Linux distro. If you install in that order you should have no problems provding you already have your partitions set.
