any tweaks out there for Vista yet. I have FIOS 20/5. On win xp i get the full 20. But on Vista i get about 18. Tried running TCP optimizer on Vista, but wont write to the registry. I have a app called Vista Manager which will allow me to change a few settings---Any thoughts?

Try disabling the auto tuning feature in vista, then use the optimizer.

Try these steps:
First, launch an elevated command prompt by clicking Start, typing cmd in the search box, then hold down ctrl+shift and press enter.
To view your initial settings, type:
netsh interface tcp show global
Next, from an elevated command prompt type:
netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=high
netsh interface tcp set global chimney=enabled
netsh interface tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh interface tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
netsh interface tcp set global ecncapability=enabled
netsh interface tcp set global timestamps=enabled
Note: makes sure you are current will all the Vista Patches.. I am running Vista SP1 and these setting work really well..
