I´m gona try to construct and build a tool-cabinet on wheels
because I´m tired of the tool-cabinet's available on the market today.
I will try to construct and build a better one compared
to those available by listening not only to my own opinion
but to what all of you have to say about how a too-cabinet with
or without wheels really should function in a better way.

I need some opinion on how to do this so it would be
great if you took the time to email me the answers
to these simple questions to:

staket_2004@hotmail.com

Questions:
(1) When and why do you use a tool-cabinet?
(2) Walk me through a typical session using a tool-cabinet?
(3) What do you like about the existing tool-cabinet's?
(4) What issues do you consider when purchasing a tool-cabinet?
(5) What improvements would you make to the tool-cabinet?

(5) What improvements would you make to the tool-cabinet?

I'd like a hot chick to take care of my tool.

Dunno, I have one on casters but I rarely move it.

What material are you thinking of using to make one? Wood? It might certainly be nice looking but not very practical. Too much weight.

Metal? Doable if you have access to a metal shop but but one would think the time involved would be huge.

1, Honey do list or something is broke
2, I walk over the the tool box, open a drawer, remove tool close drawer (reverse when done with tool)
3, Keeps my tools organized
4, Will it hold all I need with room for expansion...
5, foam inserts to hold tools in place. You can cut out the outline of your tools and insert in foam, avoids tools rolling around.

BTW if you are too lazy to come back and check for replies to your post. Bite me.

5} Bigger and better wheels. I push one around all the time and the wheels on them are crap.

A good toolbox must have drawer slides with ball bearing rollers and large 5" wheels. You can find them cheap at www.harborfreight.com
