I switched from Bell Sympatico over a year ago to Videotron. Sympatico was useless and so was their technical support. I don't understand how they can hire so many people who have very little knowledge of what is going on. On the other hand, Videotron is fairly good and they respond very quickly. The Internet speed is far better than sympatico. Stay far far away from sympatico.

There are many other providers that you can use on DSL besides Sympaticrap. AEI, Securenet are two I know of. I've been with Securenet since the first days of 14.1 and haven't looked back, even when I was tempted with superficially better offers. Their tech support is fantastic, they don't cap you and don't throttle you either.
