Northeast Ohio RR is good. I'd rate 8 out of 10. I have had some problems in the past with them upgrading the system and then blaming my computer for compatiblility problems when it fact, it was their modem that wasn't compatible. Service is semi fast with 2 or 3 day waits. Speeds advertised at 5000/384 of which I'm attaining: 4.88/372

I've found if you stop the lady in "mid-diagnosis" and tell her "look... I know what I'm doing, I've tested it 42 ways, it's the modem...", they'll usually cut to the chase and bring a new box to you.
I did this several times in a week with different people I knew who were having the same problem I was.

They finally sent someone out and try as she might, she couldn't pin it on my computer. She put in USB ethernet controller and hooked up the old modem and got the samething, then went out to the car and brought in a brand new modem, hooked it up and I was back in business. They simply won't listen to customers, but then I sort of understand since I've seen what some nit wits do!

im in northwestern pa and served by the neo rr network. we just came here from farther east. served by the same head end then too. then not one problem top speeds and never ever lost connection since coming here to where adlephia used to be i have had horrible speeds and lost conn more times than i can remember. 2 truck rolls and another one on the way. tech says signals are good blah blah blah. even upgraded to turbo for 10 bucks more to try to get at least 2Mb/s d/l lmao
barely 1Mb/s even in the middle of the nite.the last modem bricked itself while we were out to dinner. i had to call HQ and install my own sb4200 just to get on . i am so pissed i am ready to go back to adsl.
