More info needed. Which package do you have? Do you hit your caps on both upload and download?

How's the service? Do you loose connectivity very often?

recntly switched from 5 megs down 500kbps up, to 3 down and 300kbps up

havnt really noticed a difference, im actually getting over my caps on dl more often than not speakeasy speed test said i was over 3 megs down through most of the servers tested(all)

no disconnects i think maybe twice in the 2 years ive had them...

I'm on the 4 megs down 400 kbps up.

Using the Speakeasy site in Seattle, (just a few hops away) I always hit my download but never my up. It seems capped at around 340 or so.

dunno what that could be, but when i downgraded my plan, they started charging me the lower package price but i believe they left the speeds alone... its just a thoery but i have yet to be under my caps per speekeasy tests... any city...

Yeah im thinking about changing to them very soon cause SBC DSL Sucks! I cant get it to stay connected
