Bright House Roadrunner - Business Class

Bright House Networks of Central Florida has been working well for me.

Service has been very reliable, including staying online during heavy storms and power outages.

Advertised: 5 Mbps DOWN / 384 Kbps UP

Actual: 4.730 Mbps DOWN / 317 Kbps UP

I don't download P2P or anything like that, but I do have a lot of computers, servers, & network devices on my home LAN, but my Bright House connection has had few outages and caused very few problems for me in the 4 years that I've been using the service. :cool:

ive had it in the kissimmee area "orlando" for like 4 years and it has worked for me like a charm, except once when my modem got stuck by lightning but hey acts of nature happen, and i cant blame the isp for that.

in 04 they upgraded their download and upload speeds for free to compete with competitors before the competition could even compete! (basically they upgraded before the competition did)

so now residential accounts get 8mbps down and i think 768 kbps up.

so its something like 700kb down and 50kb up.
