Hi to all

Best to wait till the more powerful version arrives and some things sorted out. Looks good however.

Equipped with the optional 5-speed automatic transmission, the Saturn Sky "is a lover, not a fighter," says Brian Early. "What the bold looks promise, and what the Sky can deliver, are two different things," he says. "Automatics and sports cars don't tend to compliment one another, and the Sky is no exception. It's made worse by the omission of any real manual shift capability," he says.

It is a neat looking car...IMO they did a good job on the design.

Morning YeOldeStonecat

I agree & 100 more ponies will make a difference. Lets hope the rest of the car holds up to the power when it comes.

I like its styling as well.:thumb:

Another blistering day here. Hopefully we'll catch some rain today to lower the humidity. Hope your okay their with the heat.

I'll tell ya it's not fun. Get my refinancing check today..(to pay off the witch)...and got a bit extra to refloat myself for a while and sort of wipe the slate clean. Looking forward to get an AC unit of some type this weekend..as the past several sleepless nights due to the brutal humidity have sucked. Making me cranky. :irate:

Thats a bummer on the refinancing YOSC. You should only have to pay her off in CND Dollars Eh!;)

Hope you get your A/C installed soon as its been a tough summer so far.

Jay Leno said its been so Hot that Bill Clinton slept with Hilary just to get a Cold shoulder.:D

I've been saving for a new car for a little while, torn between a 350Z or RX-8... Recently I think i've pretty much decided on the Sky though, newer, better gas mileage (relatively) and still cheaper. All while looking great! :thumb:

We'll see if I haven't changed my mind by next summer. :)

Hi Kyle

I'd take the 350Z over the RX-8...

I'd take the Miata over the Sky

Neither of those two are as risky as the others at the moment imho. Both are proven performers and they are reliable.

Just my opinion. If your waiting another year then the Sky may be a proven product by then and also will have upgrades avaialble over what they have now.

Whatever you choose, enjoy, you lucky dog you.:thumb:

The prices of the Sky and solstice are rather fetching. I prefer the Pontiac model for its external styling. Not quite certain if horsepower enhancement would make it a better vehicle. A cut in weight is more desireable.
