Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good video card in the neighborhood of $200. I'm thinking mostly about making some of the new games look a little better. I'm not totally leading edge on the latest games, just games like Farcry don't look too good at all with my 4 year old video card!

Is there a clear winner in terms of ATI vs. NVIDIA, or is it more of a personal preference thing?

Also, I've got an old WinTV Go TV/Capture card so I'd like some thoughts on buying an "ATI All In Wonder" card to also replace that old TV card (if I went this route would the card give up a lot for gaming?). Not sure if the problem has been fixed, but because of the interlacing (I think) you can really notice horizontal lines when watching things like hockey on my WinTV Go. It would be nice if some of the newer stuff has addressed this issue (I read somewhere it is possible to get certain drivers even for the WinTV Go to address the issue).
