XP-120 .. great HSF ... Zalman CNPS-7000ALCu is good too, not as heavy as the all copper. works well and quiet as heck.

You'll get increased ambient temps with the Zalman. Case fans first.

Look into a Thermalright SP-94 with a 92mm Panaflo M1A fan for good P4 cooling.

This one with a 120 panaflo, check motherboard compatibility, its a monster, but very light
If it wont fit then an XP-90

I like the XP series a lot. Since they do not wiegh much, I see no reason not to purchase the 120 if it will fit. Installation of the Zalman requires removal of the motherboard.. so I would be hesitant if you do not want to do that.
