Guatemala wireless connection

I am connected to the internet with Telgua´s wireless telephone equipment which only operates at 19.2Kb. It is ghastly slow, almost useless. is it possible to buy other equipment in Guatemala that offers a much better connection. Telguals is so slow that it costs 60 (Yes 60!) times as much as using an internet cafe.

To download 5Mb with Telgua takes 4 - 5 Hours! :confused:
