hi i hope someone can help me with this. I solved my networking problem and now want to share internet with 2 computers connected to a 10 mbps hub. The problem is that I have a SMC WAN DSL modem which i think doesnt allow sharing as it is a USB modem with no ethernet port on the back. I tried Using ICS on both PC's but nothing happens the client PC cant access the internet.

How can i share internet with the client PC?

What operating system is each?

the client has Windows ME and the host with the modem has Windows XP SP2

are there other softwares for sharing connections?

I would just get a router imho ics is very tendious to setup and keep it maintained but here you go

there is bunch of different products if you do a goodgle on ics you would fined a ton
