View Full Version : so who has tried the 3.4 ATI drivers ?

anyone have good news on these so far ? i have read mixed reviews but may try them this weekend.

i actually tried them on my new laptop wtih mobility 9000, and it acutally fixed some problems i had in the game shadowbane

my 3dmark score went down about 100 but that is no big deal.

yep after installing 3.4 drivers it looks and runs much better on my laptop then on my main pc which has a gf3ti500

but then again my main pc is only p3 866..lol


actually every game looks much better on my laptop then my main pc and I think it because of LCD.

The LCD really makes games look so much better, I would never believe it until I saw it for myself.


Only complaint I have about the laptop is the keyboard kind of sucks, so if you think my typing was bad before in SB, just wait till you see me use my laptop most of the time..lol

I have an ATI Radeon ti4200 and the drivers won't install!!!

they work better for me even with a lower overclock i scored about 300 points higher.

I am currently using these drivers and I don't notice any problems... that's the best sign!
