How many mm are standard case fans? How big of grill should I be ordering? 80mm? or what?

80mm is the standard, althought some cases allow 92mm and even 120mm fans.

Whereever you can buy fans, you can usually buy grills that fit as well.

watch out cuz some are 8cm, u dont wanna stick those on the 80mm mounts! :)
