It would seem that T-bred B cores can all be clocked to roughly 2.3 GHz. 2100+ seems to be a sweet spot.

i dont know i have a few 1700 that did 2.4 and 1 that will do 2.5

So I heard, though fsb can get a bit dodgy without the priciest of RAM, no?

well yeah ur gonna need good ram or high multi's will help

not neccesarily. Most people are getting away with using XP2100+ as XP2400+ with regular branded (I.E Samsung, Infineon) PC2700/DDR333 ram at it's stock rate.

as for a warranty, unless it's physically damage(I.E small chip on the core), refurbished, usually not being sold something broken, but for items like this, I'd like to see it working in a rig before I buy it.
