What is the fastest hardcore OC'ers have gotten a commercially available chip up too?

Isn't the p4 3Ghz the fastest chip currently out there? What's the fastest you've heard of one OC'd too?

I read some guy got that one up past 4ghz. I think he had the rig submerged in a special electronics cooling oil or glyciryn.

Man, I did a chemistry internship back in '99 at Argonne labs. They had giant cylinder's of liquid Nitrogen. I often wonder what I could get a chip up to if submerged in some of that stuff.

Someone got a athlon xp up to 3.5ghz which would be a little over 4ghz i think. They did the same with a pentium 4, like a 2.53. The used liquod nitrogen. They had some kind of a setup where they had the LN pumping over some kind of rock or metal and it got that thing cold. Dont have the link anymore.
