In 2009 AB Medica Group, following its long-term strategy regarding business diversification, established A TLC srl targeting the acquisition of some strategic assets of Aethra SpA, a leading player in the international telecommunication arena with more than 30-years of history. The acquisition was completed in 2010 and led to the creation of one of the most prominent Italian vendors of access networks equipment.
